Born in Gloucester, Massachusetts, America's oldest seaport, the son and grandson of commercial fishermen, Mr. Orlando grew up on the docks and decks of Gloucester's fishing fleet.
A graduate of Boston College and The New England School of Law, he has
been named a Proctor by the Maritime Law Association.
Working with Joe Orlando is a team trained and focused in the intricacies
